We collect and store personal information provide by clients and approved third parties such as, but not limited to: Legal Name, Primary Address, Phone Number, Social Security Number, Relationships, Financial Documents, Legal Documents, Tax Documents, etc.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information:
We use your personal information to provide tax return preparation, accounting services and tax planning services. We provide 3 years of documentation accessible through our Portal and we retain, typically, 7 years of documentation before destroying these files.

4. How and Why We Share Personal Information with Third Parties:
We do not use this information for any Marketing activity. We do not share or sell your personal information to any Marketing Agency. We may share/store personal data with third parties for data security. We may share data provided by you with third parties approved by you. We do use third-party data storage devices that meet SOC1 compliance requirements for data security.

  • SMS Consent: Your phone number and SMS consent will never be shared or sold to any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
