HOW TO SIGN INTO OUR PORTAL:

  1. Go to our website www.urquidezcpas.com, once on our home page select CLIENT PORTAL from the tool bar.  The user/password sign in window will appear.
  2. Enter username /password

Your username is your primary email address.

Password – a link was previously sent from our office for you to set up your password.  If you did not receive the link please email laura@urquidezcpas.com to resend.

 

Once you are logged in, follow these steps to do the following:

 

HOW TO SEND US YOUR DATA VIA OUR PORTAL:

  1. Once logged in, you will see your Portal folder.
  2. Navigate to the folder where you want to upload your documents.
  3. To upload your documents, select the blue upload button on the top right
  4. Select the file you want to import and click OPEN.
  5. To complete upload click on the blue upload button on the left.

 

HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR TAX RETURNS & OTHER SECURE DATA VIA OUR PORTAL:

  1. Once logged in, you will see your Portal folder.
  2. Navigate to the folder you wish to view the returns for and select the year needed.
  3. Double click the document you wish to view.
