HOW TO SIGN INTO OUR PORTAL:
- Go to our website www.urquidezcpas.com, once on our home page select CLIENT PORTAL from the tool bar. The user/password sign in window will appear.
- Enter username /password
Your username is your primary email address.
Password – a link was previously sent from our office for you to set up your password. If you did not receive the link please email laura@urquidezcpas.com to resend.
Once you are logged in, follow these steps to do the following:
HOW TO SEND US YOUR DATA VIA OUR PORTAL:
- Once logged in, you will see your Portal folder.
- Navigate to the folder where you want to upload your documents.
- To upload your documents, select the blue upload button on the top right
- Select the file you want to import and click OPEN.
- To complete upload click on the blue upload button on the left.
HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR TAX RETURNS & OTHER SECURE DATA VIA OUR PORTAL:
- Once logged in, you will see your Portal folder.
- Navigate to the folder you wish to view the returns for and select the year needed.
- Double click the document you wish to view.
